Ahmad Immigration Law Attorney Fights Back Against Travel Ban

On January 27, 2017, the Trump Administration issued Executive Order 13769, the Protecting the Nation from Foreign Terrorist Entry into the United States, often referred to as the Muslim ban or travel ban.  The executive order effectively halted travel to the United States from seven countries.

On January 29, 2017 attorney Yusuf Ahmad joined several other lawyers and advocates at the Dulles International Airport to assist both travelers and their families who were impacted by this executive order. Attorney Ahmad helped attorneys document instances of travelers being refused entry based on their nationality and stood in solidarity with other immigration attorneys and protestors against this discriminatory executive order.
